Doug Needham has lived in Ventura County for 47 years within the cities of Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, and Moorpark, and has resided in Ventura since 1989. He has been married for over 23 years, and has two children – a son and daughter – of age 22 and 20 respectively. Doug’s experience is enriched in multiple areas of expertise including but not limited to owning and operating his business in Ventura for over 20 years, working both sides of many short sales, working many REO’s, and buying, selling, and managing his own income properties in and out of California.
